Benjamin Enku is a wanderer and ocassional sight in many of the settlements of what's left of the world. He seems to be a researcher or scholar of some sort, although he rarely spends long in a library before heading out into the wilderness again on whatever quest it is that drives him.

At the centre of the world remade sits a great monument to the glory of the Trinity reborn. For a hundred years people have ventured there to pay homage to the Gods and heroes that faced down oblivion itself.

Forgotten beneath the monument, half buried in the sandy soil is a great golden face, seemingly cut from even larger figure. Surrounded by an overgrown shrubbery it has lain there as long as any can remember, a relic of the old world and those who walked yet, forgotten and unnoticed by all bar a few curious scholars.

Yet some have said that as they pass it in the dark of night they have seen, if just for a moment, a faint golden light flickering within impassive, eternally watching metal eyes…
